Angelique is a Registered Dietitian who specializes in eating disorders and sports nutrition. As a former athlete herself who was influenced by diet culture, Angelique now helps people understand how their emotions and mindsets are directly tied to their eating habits. She is passionate about helping people heal their relationship with food, body, and movement through nutrition education and compassionate nutrition counseling.

Angelique will guide you through your wellness journey using a non-restrictive approach with the ultimate goal to make the process enjoyable and result driven. Angelique believes in an individualized plan because when it comes to nutrition, there is no one-size-fits-all. Together, you will work through the barriers to find the best approach that works for you.
What to Expect
During your first session, Angelique will create a space for you to explain your needs, goals, and expectations. Through a series of questions dedicated to get to know you better, Angelique will make sure this is a safe and non-judgmental space for you to share. Based on a comprehensive and open conversation, clear steps will be discussed as to where to start.
In her free time, Angelique enjoys playing tennis, pickle ball, golf, but she also loves to bake and travel.
