Dr. Baez was truly amazing. I have never felt more "seen or heard" in my life. I also want to state that for the first time ever, I was able to comprehend what a Doctor was telling me without asking if they could clarify. She articulated everything so well and managed to aide me in not only feeling more at peace, but comforted and supported.
I had a feeling she was the right Doctor, and I was right.

I would describe my experience as something that SHOULD be experienced. Nurse Baez was amazing. She called me just to make sure I was going to make the call when I was having difficulty with Zoom ( which honestly was my fault from not being prepared) .
And she made a further effort just to be transparent when she couldn’t see me on the video conference (I don’t use zoom so I wasn’t sure what I was really doing but it was very easy to fix). I didn’t feel like she was trying to be intrusive or make me feel uncomfortable at all. She was very professional, kind, and considerate. I would recommend her on a level of 20+!
