The doctors and the entire staff here seem genuine, competent, and caring. However whoever is managing the operations and the day to day of this clinic is essentially running this place as a patient mill. TLDR: they made me feel bad for trying to ask a follow up question regarding my labs, and ultimately did not give me any medical guidance.
I came here for a routine annual physical, but have been unable to receive any follow up care whatsoever. I was told I would receive my lab work within 24 hours, however the patient portal (Everyday Well) didn’t work and I never received a phone call from the clinical team. I waited 48 hours, called them, was asked to leave a voicemail and they said I’d hear back in 48 hours. I get no response and two weeks later get my results via a letter in the mail. I call them to discuss the results and am essentially told they are understaffed and can’t respond to patients via phone or the patient portal….even to just discuss lab results. They are not good.

De Gollipali is an excellent physician. It was my first appointment with him. He took the time to listen and understand all of my ailments. He recommended excellent options that included medication and lifestyle changes. Very impressed with his expertise and bed side etiquette.

Finding the place was a little difficult. I’m not use to that area b/c I live in Katy but the lady in spoke with a day before my appointment gave me good directions. I enjoyed my visit. It’s a nice size waiting room. My doctor was great! The nurse was good, I felt like she was going through the motions but overall no complaints

I would definitely recommend Dr. Gollapalli to anyone looking for a doctor. The wait time was a little longer due to unforeseen events but the staff communicated with me the whole time and let me know what was going on. It was definitely worth the wait.

There was some wait time between the nurse seeing me and Dr. Gollapalli (maybe 10-15 minutes), but when Dr. Gollapalli came to see me, he was very helpful and courteous about my reason for coming in. He seems like a genuine guy, definitely recommended.
