I was prescribed medication. The medication was not covered so the pharmacy tried to call and see if the doctor will allow a generic exchange. The doctor has yet to respond to the pharmacy. I tried calling the office since last week and all my calls go to voicemail. The Doctor in person was great, but the attention to the client after the visit is lackluster.

Then suggested I go to the adjoining office for facial hair removal. Felt rehearsed. She’s informed but I would not return. I want to feel as if my skincare journey is at least relevant to my dermatologist.

I have been seeing Dr. Henderson for approximately 15 years. She is attentive , she listens to your issues or concerns, decides upon a course of action, discusses it with you, then proceeds to take the appropriate action - all within minutes. She naturally walks the fine line of doing her job as a doctor while enabling you to feel comfortable about the recommended procedure. At each visit she is always looking after my best interest - asking questions I haven't even thought of. To use the rather common expression today, she "has my back covered", literally and figuratively.
