About Dr. Christina Clarke
Dr. Christina Clarke is a Virginia native, originally from Williamsburg. She is a “double Hoo” and went to the University of Virginia for both college and medical school. She completed her medical internship at Medstar Washington Hospital Center.
Dr. Clarke completed her Dermatology training at the Medical University of South Carolina, where she served as the Chief Resident in 2016-2017. She is board certified and a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She is a member of the Women’s Dermatologic Society, Rheumatologic Dermatology Society, and Maryland Dermatology Society. Her interests include complex medical dermatology, women’s health, and supportive dermato-oncology. Her practice focuses on medical and surgical dermatology of all age ranges.
Dr. Clarke and her husband live in Howard County with their 3-year-old son and newborn twins. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, walking her black lab, Edgar, and perfecting her oatmeal chocolate chip cookie recipe.

My experience with Dr. Clarke was great. She looked at my skin, listened to my description of when and how the problem arose, explained my condition and sent a prescription to my pharmacy. I probably should have filled out forms online before I arrived—the only downside was answering many questions on the office’s tablet intake form. Office was very efficient and staff friendly.

Overall, office staff and doctor was nice enough. I went for a body check for cancer. It was very rushed and I feel that there were missed areas I had to ask again about. The response I was given was ‘it’s normal for your age’. I have 2 spots that are misshaped and discolored. I paid out of pocket and made the front desk aware that I’d pay for biopsy’s and any other testing up front and before I left the office, that I was prepared to pay whatever I needed to, to ensure the spots are not cancerous.
Again, I feel it was all very rushed.
I feel that because I was paying out of pocket, that I wasn’t getting the same time and treatment that someone in network would’ve received. I will not return nor recommend.

This was my first visit for an examination of the sun-exposed areas of my body. Dr. Clarke was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. She nitrogen froze an area that needed to be treated. I was seen on time and the office staff was also friendly. I fully recommend Dr, Clarke and my wife will now also become a patient of hers

The in-office experience was great, but I have called 5 times (over an hour) for a simple question about prescriptions that didn't go to the pharmacy and still have not resolved the issue. I've never encountered something like this for a simple doctor's visit.
