“NP James was very attentive and thorough, which greatly put me at ease.... very important to me, as I am basically a toddler when it comes to health care.
I have been "aged out" of military health care at 65 years old, and the old adage of teaching an old dog new tricks is particularly relevant to me.
I have had bouts with 2 different types of cancer, and was extremely concerned about shifting my care, follow-ups and maintenance checks from military facilities to the private sector. Combined with insurance confusion, I was scared to death.
NP James completely reversed all that. She spent a LOT of time with me, talking to me at the level I needed. Her friendly manner, clear and patient explanations and obvious professionalism had me thinking this was among the best decisions I've made.
I received referrals for specialists, got a full blood work up/draw, shots updated and follow-ups scheduled ... all on my first visit.
I am VERY pleased.

I was seen very quickly. Everyone in the office was kind and helpful. The facility was clean and not crowded. I will definitely go again should I need to.

Came in for a yearly physical, and they did a great job. The staff was friendly but the office seemed to be in slight disrepair. Their appeared to be some remodeling happening so hopefully they will update the entire office.

Great doctor but this location needs some upgrades to the facilities. The front desk woman was very rude and unpleasant as if I was causing her trouble by attending my own appointment. Waiting area is dirty I didn't even sit down. It's too bad because I loved the doctor!

Excellent experience with her and her office team! Everyone was friendly, professional, and welcoming, and I was seen right away at my appointment time. Note: this Allcare office does not do blood work in-house; a second trip to LabCorp was necessary using the blood work request that the office provided.

Convenient location and friendly staff. The only minor problem was that the nurse/assistant, that brought me into a room to get my vitals before the doctor came in, either wasn't listening or forgot to let the doctor know all my issues ahead of time so I just had to repeat myself to the doctor. Not that big of a deal and I'll go again because the doctor was great.
