“I was a little hesitant from a few poor reviews but my experience was excellent! The staff were professional, friendly and so helpful. The wait time was only a few minutes. My MA, Frances, was great! Very friendly with a calming and confident demeanor. I highly recommend Ann Whiteley. She put me right at ease, was attentive and thorough, never rushed, took time to answer my questions and even gave me a few samples of sunscreen for rosacea. I scheduled another appointment next month to address a separate issue. My experience at this office was positive from checkin to checkout. ”

Ann is not only competent, she listens and responds accordingly. This level of attendance can be unusual so it is highly appreciated by me. It certainly influences my desire to remain with this practice. I really like Ann as a person.

This was such a smooth, easy, and comforting process for me. I'm exceedingly grateful to have had my concerns heard and reviewed, my history listened to, and gotten both care I know works AND new options to try to see if they work better for me long term. If I need a follow up or care for other conditions within the Cara Mia Dermatology office's options, I'll definitely be back - and hopefully see NP Ann Whiteley. She really was lovely.
