Ms. Small does not have good bedside manner, she feels judgmental. She requires you to come in every month or six weeks to be able to get a prescription filled. I love Dr. Johnson and her office, but will refuse to be seen by Anna Small

I am concerned that if the nurse hadn't read my strep test I would have gone home without a prescription. As it was the infection got enough ahead to the antibiotic that I had a miserable day yesterday. I wouldn't have been back to work tomorrow without it.

I got to the office early so they could verify my insurance, was not called back until 45 min after my appointment time and was not seen by the NP until an hour after my appointment time. My only concern is that they charged out "tobacco cessation counseling," which not only do I not smoke, this isn't even something that was discussed or even asked about during the exam. It's probably just something my insurance covers so they wanted to charge them for it.
