I have over 9 years of experience in mental health care. I have worked in acute care hospital settings and have managed chronic and acute behavioral conditions. I earned my Master’s in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Walden University. In this journey as a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I bring compassionate care, hope, clinical expertise, and knowledge to the clients I serve at Patterns Psychiatry. When we identify our patterns—sleeping, eating, thinking, behavior, daily, negative—we can begin to make the changes needed to promote mental fitness.
