The doctor gave such a good explanation of what was going on and throughly explained the methods to which I will use the medication she is prescribing. I felt very heard and relaxed when in the office!

The waiting room was a little crowded, but I wasn't in there for long. Maybe 10-15 minutes or so, once I finished all of my initial patient paperwork. Everyone was very friendly, everything went very smoothly, and it was about as enjoyable of an experience as can be.

It was such a pleasant experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain to me what was going on. They recommended medication for my issue and told me what I could expect over the next several days. I did not feel rushed at all. Overall it was a great experience.

While I did wait for about 40 minutes to be seen, once in the room the process was quick. I was reassured and made as comfortable as possible which was appreciated because I have anxiety about medical appointments. Anne was extremely kind and informative.

The provider was so nice and friendly. She was very communicative and patient with me when I visited.
I would’ve loved to go back but their waiting room is so tiny and packed to the point where there isn’t any seats. The receptionist in the evening also wasn’t very friendly and was gossiping about patients while everyone in the wait room could hear.

PA Anne Bonifati is an amazing healthcare provider. I was nervous and embarrassed about my appointment but her and her medical assistant did everything they could to help relieve my anxiety and create a comfortable and positive experience. I usually do not write many reviews, but felt I needed to share our family's experience for the wonderful care that was given. My daughter had an appointment with Ms. Annie Bonifati, PA. My wife accompanied my daughter to the appointment. They informed me what a pleasant and wonderful experience they had with the office staff, and in their visit with Ms. Bonifati. Ms. Bonifati was caring, thorough and professional, and made the visit enjoyable, and addressed and treated my daughter's health care needs dealing with her skin health. I strongly recommend Ms. Bonifati, PA, and this practice for anyone looking for great care for their skin health, and my daughter will definitely become a regular patient of this practice, due to the exceptional care that she received from Ms. Bonifati, PA and the office staff.

The doctor and medical staff was great. Thorough and timely consultation. Options of treatment were provided.
The meta domain could be improved. Upon arrival to the office it seemed the front desk was overwhelmed with clients phoning in and missed arriving patients. Also the check - in process was hindered by malfunctioning iPad / software issues.
