Doctor Reed took time to answer my questions. Her instructions were clear and I really appreciated her positive attitude. She took time to give me helpful advice.
I met with one of Dr. Reed's PAs Excellent service, very helpful.
I found the whole office and staff to be amazing. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I love that it's like a one stop shop with all that's offered.
Dr Reed is extremely personable and thorough. She takes a genuine interest in her patients and her entire staff is great.
I was greeted very friendly by the front staff. I took advantage of the online option to complete all the necessary paperwork which cut down on wait in the waiting room. The intake nurse seemed a bit rushed, but was courteous. My visit with Dr Reed was wonderful. She was genuinely concerned about my condition and asked me a lot of questions and answered all the questions I had. I liked that I did not have to leave the office to have lab work done.
I like this practice but am finding the wait times are increasing. In addition, I am considering a practice that focuses on health only and not anything related to "cosmetics." I don't know why I'm having to wait so long but, the idea that my internal health is "on hold" while someone is having their facial hair removed doesn't make me feel good about investing in this office.
Dr. Reed was very rude during my appointment. Because I didn't fully grasp some of the concepts she was discussing, she talked down to me. She talked to me as if I was a child and it was impossible to teach me. I am a college student and would have been fully able to understand if she taught me, not scolded me. Not only did she talk down to me, but I could tell she did not believe I had the symptoms that I described to her. It was an hour long consultation of her rudeness. I will never return to Dr. Reed or the clinic she works for. Do yourself a favor and find a different doctor!
I am very happy with Dr Reed and her staff ... :)
This was my first time at the office and I arrived 20 minutes early. Even though i had completed and submitted paper work on-line, I waited 20 minutes before receiving forms to verify and sign. I then waited 45 minutes before I was able to see Anne-Marie. I really like Anne-Marie and will consider staying as her patient. She seemed sincere and interested in my overall health and so I will remain her patient and hope things improve
Dr. Reed is very pro-active and holistic with all her treatments. She is very personable and attentive. I've had many different doctors over the years, but Dr. Reed is by far the best. She takes care of you in totality, for the long term.
Awesome dr. Thank you
She helped me with my request.
I just had my first visit with Dr. Reed as a new patient. She was very nice and seemed genuinely interested in my life. She was very professional. I already recommended her to family members.
Dr. Reed is very personable and welcoming. She discussed my situation and my options thoroughly and with care. The facility is beautiful. I would recommend her to my friends.
Dr. Reed was excellent! She listens to my needs, and she is concerned about preventative measures to maintain health. She was able to help me with multiple things on the same visit, and I never felt rushed. The office staff was pleasant. I will definitely choose her the next time I need to see a doctor!
I appreciate the thorough, friendly care I receive at this office and would highly recommend it to others.
Dr. Reed is always very upbeat, professional and provides great attention to her patients. I have been looking for a primary care doctor that I feel comfortable with and Dr. Reed is wonderful.
She was wonderful
Caring and concerned practitioner. Took her time.
She has a lovely bedside manner. She was thorough and very personable - glad I found her.
Dr. Reed is very pro-active in your overall health and offers all options of healthcare, allowing you to choose the most conservative measures knowing that there are more options if needed.
Dr. Reed was very thorough. She is a great listener as well. She was able to effectively communicate what supplements I needed as well as further testing. She asked questions to get a better understanding of my symptoms.
She is very personable and approachable. She will answer any questions and give her best recommendations!
I felt EXTREMELY rushed. She spent a total of 7 minutes with me, for an annual physical. She checked my ear, nose, throat, refelxes and that was it! She rushed me throgh a few questions. Def didn't feel like she was vested in my health or the future of my health. Looked at me like I was crazy when I asked about a celiac panel and possible MSG allergies. Going to try Dr. Lee for my physical in January, as someone in the office referred her to me later that day.
She was the second Doctor that I had seen in one week. My other Doctor (OBGYN) had prescribed Estrogen pills for me without running any blood work because I said I was tired. Something I would be on forever.... I was confused by that and went to see Dr. Reed instead. It turned out, after blood work, that it was only my vitamin D levels which were very low - thank goodness for Dr. Reed.
she has been mr dr for several years. she is the most caring dr i have ever had
Dr. Reed is wonderful, as well as her staff. Not only is Dr. Reed friendly and takes the time to listen. But she also suggest honest opinions of her own, not forcing anything you feel uncomfortable with. I highly recommend Dr. Reed.
Love Dr Reed! Have been with her for years and I'm not going anywhere.
I am certain, after my first visit, that I have chosen the right PCP for my best health care management. Dr. Reed showed compassion, interest and concern, and made me feel she was really listening. Everything I had concerns about was addressed and will be followed up on. Thank you for extreme peace of mind, I know I have made the right choice.
As always a pleasure!
She is very interactive and bright. You feel comfortable with her almost immediately. A true professional!!!
She is great. Spent time with me, answered questions, did not hurry me.
Like the fact that she really listens to you. She trys to get to the source of the problem and doesn't just treat the symptoms. She's not like other "Bandaid" doctors.
I'm sad to say this visit did not go well. I may have been at fault for giving her too much information in a short period of time. I'm loosing my job due to my illness and am in appeal for STD and next LTD employee benefits. The current covered providers have not helped me very much during the last year and I'm trying to find new providers that have real interest in my situation. I hoped this visit would be longer to discuss several issues I'm facing and since I'm a new patient. Have perhaps been too frank with her and it seemed like the conversation digressed. It seemed like she became defensive about my view of my providers not helping me. 15-20 minutes was not enough time and she expected me to pay for a 2nd visit in a couple of days when I explained I have not been paid for almost 6 months, but now just recently receiving early retirement social security. She left the room while I was in the middle of a sentence and being exhausted as I am it startled me. The person that came in to take me for blood tests was very kind and I said I am not sure I'm coming back so will not be taking any tests. I suddenly remembered the insurance might not cover these tests at her office and did not get a chance to tell the Doctor. I left and tried to regroup but just felt like crying again. Not what I wanted or expected to happen after such great reviews on this doctor. Maybe it was all my fault not conveying clearly or something, maybe I said too much. I just gave up and was picked up by my nephew. Doctors are overbooked which is really a sad state for complex situations.
She makes me feel like she really cares about me.
She listened to what I had to say, and asked a lot of questions to really help narrow down possibilities. She was very polite and friendly.
Everyone was very polite and helpful.
She's great! She is the only Doctor who really listen to me.
She is great, she takes her time to answer all your questions.dr reed never mammas you feel rushed, she is great.
Dr Reed is very helpful always and works with me to find solutions to my medical needs
I have been seeing Dr. Reed for almost 7 years and I am very, very happy with her. She considers the whole body and the person as one when diagnosing, and is a great listener. I drive far to see her, but it is worth it to me!
My appt. was scheduled with Ms. Woodworth. Ms. Woodworth is an amiable lady! And I was very impressed by Ms. Woodworth's assessment and treatment plan for my acne, I'm seeing real results!
I didn't mind the wait for Dr. Reed. She takes time with her patients and addresses their every concern. She's very helpful and also takes an appreciated personal interest in her patients.
Dr. Reed is always very kind and caring - I am so happy that I found her office near my home!
Very nice staff. Easy to communicate with.
