Dr. Anne Schroeder, MD
Dr. Anne E. Schroeder is a graduate of the University of Chicago where she was awarded the honor of placement on the Dean's List. After graduating from medical school, she went on to complete a medical internship at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. Dr. Schroeder then successfully completed her ophthalmology residency at Havener Eye Institute at the Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Schroeder is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and is a diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology. She enjoys treating adult patients, having experience in the diagnosis and treatment of a variety of conditions including glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and with a special emphasis on dry eye and ocular surface disorders. Dr. Schroeder was born and raised in Chicago, and has crisscrossed the globe with her husband before settling in Arizona. When not attending to patients, Dr. Schroeder is an avid antiquer who enjoys the arts, watching English period dramas, and spoiling the newest member of their family – Jean-Luc, their precociously charming Coton de Tulear puppy.
