Dr. Borcich has amazing reviews for a reason. He truly has an amazing, caring way about him. Despite the fact that there was a glitch with my ZocDoc appointment, and he was about to leave for the day for an eventafter work, he chose to see me instead so I wouldn't have to come back the next day. His staff was super friendly and willing to help even though they were supposed to be closing up for the eving!

The doctor is great. I very much appreciate his direct talk and not recommending certain procedures and medication because it is mostly profit making but genially helping. I felt comfortable talking to him about some really sensitive topics. So that helped a lot! However, the office has a lot of work to do. I waited for 40 minutes until they decided to give me some paperwork to fill out, nurses/assistants would come in and not explain why and how certain things should be done. I felt like nobody I telling me anything and at some point I was not sure what I was waiting for. The whole appointment took three hours. However, the doctor is wonderful and could not recommend him more.

Great doctor. I appreciated the time that he took to understand my symptoms and how it relates to a concurrent condition. He is very experienced in his field and imparts confidence in the diagnosis by taking the time to communicate how he came to the decision.

I'm sure Dr. Borcich is a good Dr. as he had a good bedside manner. However, I had blood work done and was told that the results would be back by the middle of the following week. I called to getmy results and was advised that the dr would call me back. It took a total of 4 calls over 4 1/2 weeks to get the results mailed to me. It took him another week to actually call me, in which he left a rambling voice message asking if I had gotten his last message. There was no message, he just didn't follow up with me. Completely unorganized practice. He never billed my insurance company either!!

I had an all around positive interaction with Dr. Borcich and his staff. I have seen him four times and each time I was promptly seen, treated well and efficiently. He is a very nice attentive doctor, who was available byphone for issues between appointments and even called to check in on me. He was friendly and comforting, as I was trying to deal with a newly diagnosed issue and feeling unsure. I know before I went I read that the office kept people waiting but I never have had to wait more than 5-10 minutes before I was taken into a medical room. I am grateful for Zocdoc for connecting me to such a great doctor.

I greatly appreciated Dr. Borcich's help. I am still a little confused that he is on the website for my insurance but said he was not actually able to treat me because my insurance did not match with his practice. Hedid help though in setting me up with a doctor to get looked after which I thought was tremendously kind of him. I unfortunately did not particularly like the doctor he sent me to but nonetheless am happy with the reference on short notice. Dr. Borcich is the first doctor in a long time that had great bedside manners and was very personal and approachable. He actually examined my condition with care and detail which I have not seen in a while. Thank you for your help.

Staff is very irresponsible and inefficient. They always place you on hold and ask to call you back but never do. When you ask that something be done on your behalf (which by the way is why they get paid tosit there and why i pay high insurance rates), they are quick to say "sure" and hang up but nothing ever gets done. The doctor himself is good, it's just the people representing him are awful at their jobs. I expressed my concern to one of his staff (Jenny) who kept lying to me and saying she'll call me back but never does and all she did was say "okay" and hang up on me. I would recommend doctor Borcich just not his office staff.

Dr. Borcich was recommended to my aunt by another doctor I know. I will say that he is the best internist out there. He is an amazing doctor and person and he may have just saved my aunt's life by gettingus to the right place given the difficult situation we are facing at the moment. He is truly a very helpful and caring doctor and person. five plus stars for him. The only thing and I hate to have to include it here (but I will to suggest improvement in the office staff) is the disorganization in administration. The office is very cluttered, and staff is all over the place. When we got there, they didn't even know we had an appointment and the doctor was clear he didn't even know his schedule started at 8:30 am which was the time of our appointment. I work in the medical field and I know Dr. Borcich deserves a much better, much more professional administrative and management team. The front desk staff (all of them) are awful and don't know what they're doing. Apart from that, Dr. Borcich is worth the patience and understanding because he is the best! A special thank you to him personally for being a true and wonderful healthcare professional.

He was very and listened very intently to my issues. He seemed knowlledgable and friendly. The only downside to my visit was that I was the first patient of the day and I waited a long time to be seen. Itseems the receptionist made an error and didn't mark my appointment. This isn't really his fault though, and he was apologetic. Hopefully this won't happen again for my next visit. Otherwise he was great!

Dr. Borcich is very knowledgeable, caring and thorough. He gives you as much time as you need at your appt. This sometimes impacts wait time, but I am happy to wait knowing I will have the time and attention I requireto fully address my health concerns! He is very honest and upfront. He is involved in a lot of research and really makes you feel as if you are part of the decision and treatment process. He and his office are fully committed and dedicated to ensuring your health insurance company grants you the care and medications necessary.

My visit was a joke. I waited over an hour for the doctor to come in and then I was asked to go into the doctor's office and talk to him on the phone while he was walking into the office. If I wanted to talk to the doctor over the phone I would have just called vs. paying a co-pay fee to see him. When he finally came to the office an hour later I spoke with him for a total of 10 minutes. Anytime you call the office afterwards they are on lunch and don't pick up the phone from 12:30-1:30 and then close the office at 3 PM so they basically are never working. would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone ... you are better off reading web MD than going to him.

I arrived at the office 30 minutes prior to my appointment, allowing my to have enough time to fill out any paper work. For the first time in months, I felt like I was finally in the right place. I waiteda little bit to see the doctor, but when the moment came, I was surprised to see a doctor who actually took his time with me, he made me feel like I was in good hands and that he knew what hes doing.

1-Maybe it was just my experience but Ive seen him twice now, once for an office appointment and once for a procedure, both times I waited over an hour to see him. 2-I just didn't feel comfortable asking him questions, Ifelt rushed and he felt condescending. I think he's a good doctor and will do the job competently but at the end of the day, Id like to feel comfortable talking about one of the most important things, my health.

Had a Colonoscopy and it went as well as one goes the doctor was very detailed in explaining the results of the procedure. Did not feel the same about some of the staff the young woman who took my insurance infowas somewhat dismissive when I attempted to explain coverage and therefore made a mistake in charging me incorrectly that was later corrected. Other than that everyone was really good.
