Friendly efficient office staff. Dr. Borcich was upbeat, kind and very informative. Located in one of New York's nicest buildings.
He was very and listened very intently to my issues. He seemed knowlledgable and friendly. The only downside to my visit was that I was the first patient of the day and I waited a long time to be seen. It seems the receptionist made an error and didn't mark my appointment. This isn't really his fault though, and he was apologetic. Hopefully this won't happen again for my next visit. Otherwise he was great!
everybody was extremely helpful. My appointment did not feel rushed. Dr. Borcich is thoughtful and careful. I thank him and his staff for making me feel comfortable and listened to,
From the onset I felt like I could trust him and that he cared about my well being. The staff was very professional and caring as well. I feel that I am in great hands.
Dr. Borcich is very knowledgeable, caring and thorough. He gives you as much time as you need at your appt. This sometimes impacts wait time, but I am happy to wait knowing I will have the time and attention I require to fully address my health concerns! He is very honest and upfront. He is involved in a lot of research and really makes you feel as if you are part of the decision and treatment process. He and his office are fully committed and dedicated to ensuring your health insurance company grants you the care and medications necessary.
Great Doctor. Staff was very nice. Doctor took a lot of time to explain options.
My visit was a joke. I waited over an hour for the doctor to come in and then I was asked to go into the doctor's office and talk to him on the phone while he was walking into the office. If I wanted to talk to the doctor over the phone I would have just called vs. paying a co-pay fee to see him. When he finally came to the office an hour later I spoke with him for a total of 10 minutes. Anytime you call the office afterwards they are on lunch and don't pick up the phone from 12:30-1:30 and then close the office at 3 PM so they basically are never working. would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone ... you are better off reading web MD than going to him.
Very thorough and professional. Thank you!
Made me feel very comfortable. Seemed to care. Liked him very much.
I arrived at the office 30 minutes prior to my appointment, allowing my to have enough time to fill out any paper work. For the first time in months, I felt like I was finally in the right place. I waited a little bit to see the doctor, but when the moment came, I was surprised to see a doctor who actually took his time with me, he made me feel like I was in good hands and that he knew what hes doing.
very patient and caring and listens
Very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Very good physician
Excellent doctor. He took the time to give me a full examination and listened intently to all concerns and gave helpful feedback. Nurses were very good as well.
1-Maybe it was just my experience but Ive seen him twice now, once for an office appointment and once for a procedure, both times I waited over an hour to see him. 2-I just didn't feel comfortable asking him questions, I felt rushed and he felt condescending. I think he's a good doctor and will do the job competently but at the end of the day, Id like to feel comfortable talking about one of the most important things, my health.
The doctor is okay but during my visit his staff interrupted us about 5 times. Office is a bit too chaotic.
If going to the doctor can ever be a great visit this was.
Really great doctor, took the time to listen to everything I had to say. My only complaint was the wait, but it was ultimately worth it.
Very personable, seemed to ask a lot of questions and really consider how they could lead to a certain result. Felt the examination was professional and thorough. Would recommend.
Highly informative. Doctor evidenced sincere interest in me as an individual and was very generous with the time he spent exploring the issues I presented.
Dr. Borcich is an unusually thoughtful doctor who gives patients all the time they need. Judging by my experience, that means you may wait past your appointment time, but when he sees you he will give you his full time and attention.
He's s a great doctor, very pleasant, personable and professional. I highly recommend him.
He is a great doctor.
Although the wait was a bit long (this is due to the shared office space rather than the doctor I believe), my appt. with Dr. Borcich was definitely worth the wait. He was willing to take the time to explain things to me and has a very kind disposition. He seems to have a very integral understanding of gastroenterology and was able to help me a lot.
I liked Dr. Borcich very much. As a new patient he took the time to ask questions about my medical history. He listened to me with interest when I spoke. His demeanor was professional yet friendly and I felt that he was a confident doctor who would care for my medical needs. I felt reassured and would recommend him to anyone.
I think Dr. Borchich really tries to give an accurate diagnosis. I did not felt rush during the appt which is a pleasant change for a doctor's visit. My complaint resides in the fact that he sees multiple patients at once. My appt lasted more than an hour, more than half of which was dedicated to waiting for him to be done with other patients. My last gripe with this doctor is that I am still waiting for my lab results which have been in for more than 2 weeks. Every time I call, he is unavailable and I am always told that I will get a call back. This is a nightmare for a patient who feels unease about his/her health. Overall, I do enjoy the staff that works there, but I think the doctor should try to be more responsive to reasonable requests such as delivering lab results.
He took the time to understand my history and make decisions that were best for me. I would highly reccommend him to anyone !
He is extremely professional, kind and paid careful attention to my health situation. After visiting other doctors for more than twenty years I finally felt that I found the right doctor. I more than highly recommend him to everyone. I felt so comfortable with him that I wanted to stay a bit longer. He is simple the best medical doctor I've ever met in my life.
Had a Colonoscopy and it went as well as one goes the doctor was very detailed in explaining the results of the procedure. Did not feel the same about some of the staff the young woman who took my insurance info was somewhat dismissive when I attempted to explain coverage and therefore made a mistake in charging me incorrectly that was later corrected. Other than that everyone was really good.
