She approached my case with compassion, clarity, and deep medical insight. I felt completely understood, especially around the challenges of being homebound and managing a chronic condition alongside a stubborn infection. Her ability to provide thoughtful, collaborative care stood out in every way.
This was the first time in a long time I felt like a provider really “got it” — and knew how to help. I’m incredibly grateful for her compassion, professionalism, and the sense of safety she created. She is everything a great doctor should be.

The provider did not show up to the telehealth appointment. I called the office, and confirmed the appointment time. I was told someone would call me back. I never received a call. The next day, I called the office again and asked to be called back so I could understand what happened. No response. I emailed the office. Still no response. I would not recommend booking with a provider where there is no accountability. I understand if an emergency came up, but it’s unacceptable for the office to ignore my communications.
