I am passionate about improving health through a holistic care model that addresses the unique needs of each individual. With 18 years of experience working with underserved and minority groups, I thrive on filling gaps in care, particularly in gender-affirming hormone therapy (GAHT) and mental health, to ensure all patients have access to compassionate and comprehensive support.

The role of a primary care provider is to serve as a cornerstone for both physical and mental health, offering comprehensive, patient-centered care. By fostering trust and open communication, primary care providers create a safe space for addressing sensitive issues, promoting overall well-being, and ensuring continuity of care across all aspects of a patient’s health journey.

I enjoy playing hot club style jazz guitar and hiking with my two basset hounds, as well as cooking and baking in my free time.
