“Doctor was attentive to my concerns! Asked thorough questions. Explained the procedures well. When we were cut bcos of the 30-min call limit, he called back just to check if I have any other questions, which is very polite of him. Didn’t intimidate even though I kinda had difficulty communicating in English. Handsome too!”

About Dr. Anderson Tsai

***PLEASE NOTE - HealthTap cannot treat patients with Medicaid. If you have Medicaid and already booked an appointment with one of our providers, please cancel. Thank you!*** I'm fluent in English and Mandarin and enjoy the ability to help patients who might not otherwise have access to care-whether they need help outside of standard working hours, are in a remote location, or are without insurance. I like to get to know my patients through multiple visits, to monitor chronic conditions closely, practice disease prevention, and help encourage and maintain healthy lifestyle habits. I truly believe a strong doctor-patient relationship is the key to positive treatment outcomes and am grateful for technology that allows patients to schedule visits easily with a doctor they trust. I earned my Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Western University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific and completed my residency in Internal Medicine at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center. In addition to being a family doctor, I'm a father to two young daughters. When I can, I like to keep up with the Toronto Blue Jays and Vancouver Canucks.

Dr Tsai was wonderful - he listened to everything I had to say & asked the right questions so the visit didn't take that long as I had all my information (Rx, reports, etc.) handy to go over with him. He was very patient & lovely to deal with. I would definitely like to speak to him again in the future. Thank you, Dr Tsai for your time!
