She's very professional and understanding. I wish more doctors would be like her! I think practicing medicine should be about helping people and many doctors forget that I wish that they weren't so limited on what they can do as well. If they know something will help then that's what they need to do, and should not be so limited on what they can do. The Healthcare industry needs a major reality check and a major "redo". The Healthcare industry is trash right now. I'm disabled now because of a surgeon messing up my surgery majorly and now after a reverse complete shoulder replacement at 38 years old, I'm still not able to move it and found out from my surgeon (a different surgeon than the one that messed me up) just yesterday that I'm not going to get any more movement and that I needed to look into disability and I'm already on it due to my severe epilepsy. Healthcare is garbage right now. And no consequences for the doctor/surgeon that messed me up, not one.

So I talked to the doctor and she was supposed to call me right back I took off of work and I literally waited on the side of the street so I could get away from the construction noise for 2 hours I sit there and she still has not contacted me back and then some other website starts contacting me wanting me to tell them what I was what was going on and they clarified that I didn't have an appointment I screenshotted a picture of the appointment sent it to them now they don't want to say nothing
