“Probably one of the best doctor appointments I've had in the last five years. I had three issues I wanted to address, and she was able to address all of them and head on. She was very proactive. And took care of all of the issues, one during the appointment. And went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned by getting lab test done for something I didn't know you could have lab test done for. She was very personable and friendly and just a great experience. Especially because I was getting checked for skin cancer and you basically feel exposed when you're doing that. But she made me feel very comfortable. I could recommend her more!”

Appointment was about 5 minutes. I appreciate the quickness and ease, but I booked an in person appointment for the first time hoping for a bit more of thorough breakdown of my skin. I felt a little rushed and not fully confident and informed when leaving. They ask if you have any questions but it feels rushed and stressful on the spot. They were really nice and pleasant, but I just would have appreciated a little slower pace appointment that doesn't feel like I'm being given a non-personal, generic treatment. I could have gotten the same treatment from an online provider or even a primary doctor. Been wishing I could see a dermatologist for a decade and when I finally do, it was a 5 minute whirlwind and not what I expected. I hope the treatment plan i was provided works.
Dr Anya and her assistant were great!

Efficient, for skin check. I had other concerns to share but felt extremely rushed, doctor standing and nurse by the door standing as well.
I had an unfortunate experience at this office. I arrived a few minutes tardy to my appointment, but then ended up waiting another 10 minutes in the lobby before being checked in because the receptionist was on a call with a patient. By the time I was helped, I was told that I would no longer be able to see me & would need to reschedule for being “late”. I had driven 40 minutes to get there, so it was disappointing to be turned away, especially when the majority of the delay happened after I arrived. Luckily, I was able to book an appt with another practice who offered same day accommodation. I’d encourage others to read through additional reviews as well — I’m hoping my experience was simply a misunderstanding rather than a reflection of the office overall.

They cancelled my appointment after I tried checking in!! I arrived early and was told to wait until all other patients were served. After 25 minutes of waiting, I was told they did not have time for me. Very unprofessional!!
Fantastic doctor and staff. One frustration was that I completed new patient paperwork and provided insurance information in two different ways before the appt. Upon arriving I found out that none of that was taken into account and I had to repeat the entire process in office. Inefficient systems in place but the staff was knowledgeable!

Great experience great physician
I felt like my provider was very nice, down to earth, and knowledgeable. She was very easy to talk to and had great answers to questions. It was a very short appointment and I felt slightly rushed, but I left feeling good about my next steps and I would return to this provider again.

Anya was kind and understanding, saving me a lot of grief as I unfortunately had a very visible and angry zit days before my wedding. She was very efficient in prepping my skin and giving me a cortisone shot, and communicated clearly so I felt informed throughout the process. The staff were also nice and provided clear communication. One note is that for some reason, Zocdoc open times didn’t match their availability so I got rescheduled to around an hour later than my original appt. It worked fine for me though, plus they made sure to call me about it well before. I appreciated they didn’t just cancel on me and gave me another available time that day. Would go back!
Anya was very pleasant and made sure I felt comfortable. The appointment felt rushed, and I did not think there was adequate time for questions. Additionally, I provided my insurance information to the front desk THREE times, but they still did not submit it correctly. I am working through this with my insurance company and their front office. In summary, I will be looking for another dermatologist.
