The staff was friendly and efficient. I was seen in less than 15 minutes. However, when I submitted my forms, no one contacted me to advise me that Dr. McCollough did not handle cataracts. The doctor was friendly and most helpful, she gave me referrals of doctors that did what I needed done. If I ever found myself needing services she provide, I would definitely contact her.

I was taken in on time. All tests were done on time. The office is sparkling clean. The receptionists friendly. The paperwork minimal. In my opinion, Dr. McCullough is excellent.

A caring, thorough, warm professional. I was immediately reassured by Dr. McCullough she would see to my eye injury and treat it right away. And she did. She’s a good listener so she heard how it happened, and she gave me excellent instructions for using the meds she ordered at the pharmacy for me, she helped me make a follow up appointment the next week to check that my eye was healing. I loved her energy and positivity as much as her professional respectful care for my painful injured eye. Thank you, Dr. McCullough!

She was quite personable, knowledgeable, and receptive to questions. Beyond that she was very apologetic regarding an equipment malfunction.
Dr. McCullough has started a new practice in various areas of Brooklyn, Queens. and Manhattan. Do not hesitate to work with her.
