“Dr. Rubinstein is a good doctor with very good bedside manner. He checked the joints in my feet and then proceeded to explain that despite the pain in my plantar fascia, I did not have anything serious. He then explained to me why the pain was caused and showed me simple stretches, urging me to do them three times a day. It was a pleasant visit and I would highly recommend him to others. Bonus - I was not pushed to buy insoles, which other clinics seem to love selling. ”

Lack of empathy on doctor’s part.Friendly front desk. If you need to move your car due to parking expect this doctor to refuse to work with you and cancel session rather than wait for you for few more minutes or continue his treatment explaining on the phone.Horrible.
