“I went to see Dr. Coletti for neck and shoulder pain and even after one visit, feel confident that it was the right decision. She is everything I could ask for in a health professional: organized, knowledgable and she actually seems to care about her patient's health and outcomes. (She was also incredibly understanding and accommodating when I had to delay our visit by a few hours due to a scheduling mishap on my part.) We started with an examination followed by a variety of exercises that helped verify problem areas as well as severity. She explained these exercises carefully as they could be repeated at home (and they have been helpful!). This was followed by massaging muscles in the painful region before receiving an adjustment. I had never received one before but she puts you completely at ease and it was very helpful. I came out of our first meeting feeling A LOT better and have peace of mind knowing that Dr. Coletti is guiding me on my journey to full recovery.”

Inspire Chiropractic, in the River North neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois, is led by Ariana Brosco Coletti, DC, a board-certified chiropractor with years of experience in helping patients lead pain-free lives. The practice offers comprehensive and customized services, combining chiropractic care with physical therapy, lifestyle advice, and other pain-relieving treatments.
Dr. Brosco Coletti graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2011. She is trained and experienced in several chiropractic techniques, including dry needling, the flexion-distraction technique, spinal decompression, and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization. She’s also certified in the Webster Technique by the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), which enables her to treat pregnant women safely and effectively.

Dr. Coletti is amazing. She takes the time to get to know her patients and does incredible work. The first time I came in I had terrible pain in my neck and shoulders. Two days after our first session, I felt so much better and felt a lot of relief in my neck and shoulders. Would highly recommend.

I went at 40 weeks pregnant because my entire body hurt and not only did I feel completely safe, I left feeling so much better! If you are pregnant, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Ariana! She was awesome.

I've been a patient of Dr. Ariana for 3+ years and until Covid, I was seeing her weekly. As a strong advocate of good service, I appreciate her bedside manner and willingness to find ways to treat my chronic pain. She is extremely responsive and very accommodating when there are scheduling conflicts and will make sure she does everything possible to fit you in when possible. I have also loved the massage therapists she has had on staff. I definitely recommend her for your chiropractic needs.

I saw Dr. Coletti for hip and low back pain. She listened to my concerns and adjusted me. She also did some other stretches and gave me some exercises to do at home. The office was very clean and I felt comfortable with the Covid protocols.

Really interested in learning about history of back paid. She let me know what stretches to do. She also doesn't necessitate that we come in every week. Just enough for an adjustment every so often. :)

For the past eight months, I have been seeing Dr. Ariana for neck stiffness and chronic migraine headaches; I truly feel her adjustments have made a huge impact on the frequency of my migraines. Dr. Ariana really listens to my concerns and effectively addresses each one through adjustments and muscular manipulation during appointments. Dr. Ariana also taught me a few stretches to do at home in between visits! Dr. Ariana is the absolute best, she is so thoughtful and truly helps me to relax and leave her office feeling like a new person. When I first starting seeing her I was dealing with terrible migraines and with her help I am at a much better place. She always fits me in when I do happen to get a migraine or need an adjustments and the adjustments release the pain and pressure I was experiencing prior. She is so nice and it is always a pleasure visiting her office.

I’ve never been to a chiropractor before until I made an appointment with Dr. Ariana three years ago when I injured my lower back lifting and My life has been a game changer since! Immediately, I felt a huge difference and relief in the pain and discomfort I was feeling. From dry needling to getting adjusted, Ariana can do it all and is constantly working with me and my body to make me feel my best. I see Dr. Ariana at least once month to alleviate neck and back pains. She is truly the best and I highly recommend you book your next appointment immediately!

I have been going to Dr. Ariana for two months now and I have seen significant improvement. I have had terrible upper back pain for a few years now that progressively worsened and lead me to look for a chiropractor. I saw great reviews on Dr. Ariana and decided to make an appointment. She did not disappoint! On my first visit, we talked through the different areas that were causing discomfort and after she adjusted me I felt like a brand new person. Dr. Ariana also showed me different exercises that helped relieve the daily pain before our next appointment. After each visit I have noticed that the pain and migraines have been slowly going away. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ariana to all my family and friends!

Dr. Ariana is amazing!! I went to another chiropractor very briefly before a friend recommended her and I was blown away by the difference. I was having a lot of sciatic pain early on in my pregnancy that was really interfering with my day to day life. She has made such a world of difference throughout my pregnancy and now at 30 weeks pregnant my back feels sooo much better. Not only is she an amazing chiropractor but she is really approachable, professional and takes the time to listen to all of your concerns. I will be recommending her to anyone who needs chiropractic care in Chicago.

Dr. Ariana Brosco Coletti is by far the best chiropractor I have ever worked with. I am a 45 year old fitness instructor and exercise 6 times weekly. My workouts consist of HIIT strength and cardio training. It is imperative that I’m not in pain and no issues become chronic. Never before have I worked with a provider that can resolve my aches and pains in 1-2 visits. I’ve been a patient for 5 years now and she is a miracle worker. I have referred her to hundreds of clients and all are now huge fans. Whether it’s your back, neck, knee, hips, ankle or elbow, she has the tools to treat and resolve the issue. Many chiropractors spend 5 minutes adjusting you and then send you on your way. Not Ariana. She spends 30-50 minutes with each patient. She utilizes dry needling (far more effective than acupuncture), electric stimulation, ultrasound, massage, flexion/distraction, and finally adjustments. If you have met with PTs, massage therapists, and other chiropractors, but have not found relief, time to book an appointment with Dr. Ariana Brosco-Coletti.
