I wasn’t seen by whom I booked my appointment with. Medical assistant
stuck me twice with the needle, once in each arm. He couldn’t draw my blood so he took the needle out while still trying and got blood EVERYWHERE. Never experienced that before. It was quite uncomfortable, I was uncomfortable. Overall I didn’t have a good experience and wouldn’t return.

Waited for an hour and 15 minutes in the lobby. Front desk were having inappropriate conversations loud enough for lobby to hear. Once I finally got into a room, I sat for another 2 hours. Didn’t see busy at all, no apology for the wait. Left after 3 hours and cancelled my follow up appointment.
