Dr. Arnold D. Panzer, M.D. has been in practice since 1983 treating medical and dermatological problems. He attended NYU Medical School; completing his Internal Medicine residency at the University of Massachusetts, Saint Vincent Hospital, Worcester, Massachusetts. He completed a one year Dermatology residency at Brown University, Roger Williams Hospital, Providence, Rhode Island. He presently practices general and aesthetic dermatology. He has memberships in numerous societies and regularly attends workshops to enhance his skills in diagnosing and treating dermatological and aesthetic skin problems.
Dr Panzer is also a FAA Senior Aviation Medical Examiner for commercial and private pilots and air traffic contollers
His interests include educating his patients about preventive medical care; and controlling the aging process.
He is joined by his wife Jeanette, who is a NY State certified aesthetician and Heather Hurd who is a certified Physician Assistant

I have been to many dermatologisits for acne/dark spots issues on long island and in Miami and Dr. Panzer is the only one that has truly made a difference with my skin. I have been going to him since July 2020 and with his prescription/diagnosis my skin has been clear and much better. He is very knowledgeable ,actually gets to the root of the issue, and explains everything. The office staff is efficient and Im never waiting long. Would absolutely recommend!

Dr. Panzer overall didn't seem to be a bad doctor, however, after waiting over an hour to see him, nothing could've brightened my mood. I literally waited over an hour for a five minute consultation. Additionally, what I went there for was not resolved so now I have to go to another doctor. I can understand falling behind, but over an hour is unacceptable. I had a later appointment and I was called that same day to come in earlier just so I can end up waiting 40 minutes past my original appointment. If a patient can't be more than 10-15 minutes late why should we have to wait over 10-15 to be seen?

I made a vertual appointment, but I could not see the Dr. He just asked me to send pictures. He gave me 3 medications, but 2 medications are not covered by my insurance. So I asked nurse twice to solve the issus. She said 'yes,' but it has passed over 10 days.

At first I thought he was quite abrupt. The phone consultation lasted less than 5 minutes (4 minutes, 53 seconds to be exact.) He asked that I send him my skin condition pictures to further assess my condition. I honestly thought I would just get an email with a quick response.
However, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a second phone call from him soon after I sent my pictures.
He was very clear explaining his diagnosis, what medications he was going to prescribe and other ways I can alleviate my skin condition. I really appreciated that.

Everyone was as sweet as can be. Very professional and caring. Dr. Panzer was very thorough and made you feel very comfortable. It was my husband and my first appointment and we definitely recommend him and his office staff.

I had something suspicious on my leg that was causing me concern. Making the appointment on line was very easy and I was also able to provide general information on line prior to my appointment.
As a result there was no waiting when I arrived. The doctor and his assistant were both friendly and professional.
The doctor explained that there was no cause for alarm. He did a thorough body scan, froze the offending growth and explained the easy after care. I was in and out in under 25 minutes with a very satisfactory experience.

Great office staff, barely had to wait. Dr. panzer was extremely thorough and listened to my concerns and offered multiple treatment options. I even had my 3 year old son with me during my appointment and Dr. Panzer didn’t mind at all and even picked up his toy when he dropped it on the floor lol. Highly recommend.

I have been a patient of Dr. Panzer's for at least 25 years. Him and his staff have always been polite, professional, and knowledgeable. There had been a gap in my visits of a few years due to not needing his services, but I returned when a dermatological issue arrived. Despite the passing of time, Dr. Panzer made me feel like he remembered me, and welcomed me back. His detailed explanations, his availability to complete the recommended procedures, and his willingness to take time to answer all of my questions helped me feel at ease.
