I earned my Doctor of Medicine from Eastern Virginia Medical School and completed my residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin. During my appointment, the doctor expressed uncertainty regarding my condition and recommended that I undergo some blood tests. After the visit, I expected to receive a follow-up call with the results. However, after a couple of weeks without any communication, I reached out to the office myself. I was informed that someone would call me back with the results that day, but unfortunately, I never received that call either. Overall, my experience with both the doctor and the service was disappointing and unhelpful. I felt frustrated and anxious about not receiving timely information regarding my health.

Longer wait in the reception, and Lab staff was unprofessional. During Lab work ,staff was in a hurry and collected my blood which caused severe pain.
