I did like Ashley alright, but I did not have a good experience at the office. They did not have my information after filling it out at both zocdoc and their patient portal, so I had to do it a third time in the waiting room. I needed a biopsy and was charged without letting my insurance go through. My insurance ended up covering it all and I am currently trying to get it sorted with the office....I will not be returning.

I had a great experience with Dr. Henes! This is my first time seing a dermatologist and I feel like all my needs/concerns were met. The assistants and Dr. Henes were great at listening and understanding my skin concerns. She quickly found a diagnosis and recommended a skin treatment plan with product samples I could start with. I was afraid of hand-wavey advice like drinking more water, sleeping more, etc, but she gave me a solid treatment plan.

This is my second appointment with Ashley for a variety of things, including a skin check, a pilar cyst removal, sebhorreic dermatitis, acne, and skin picking. Ashley has been incredibly friendly, listens closely, and is completely nonjudgmental and focused on finding solutions that are right for my skin, my lifestyle, and my budget. Her staff is also very friendly and easy to work with. The office reaches out prior to appointments with reminders and the process is very smooth. I am so happy with Ashley that I have also referred my partner to see her and I will continue to see her as well!
