About Ashley Morales

Ashley Morales, FNP-BC, is certified through the ANCC as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She attended Chamberlain University in Addison, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in the Science of Nursing. She later earned her Master’s degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain University, graduating in 2021.
Her mission is to devote time to listening to each patient’s unique needs. Understanding the vulnerability that often accompanies a trip to a doctor’s office, Ashley empowers patients by dedicating time to educating them and their families about their diagnoses and follow-up actions. Her dedication to continuous improvement and excellence in the medical field drives her to consistently broaden her knowledge base to stay current on developments in the ear, nose, and throat field—specifically issues related to sinuses, snoring, breathing, and allergies.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She is a fur mom to three dogs, Lily, Luna, and Sunny, whom she’s obsessed with. Ashley also enjoys traveling, especially to places with an ocean. She enjoys running, trying new foods, and reading.
Ashley practices at our clinic locations in Kenosha and Oak Creek, Wisconsin, and in Mount Prospect and Lombard, Illinois. She is bilingual in Spanish and assists alongside our diverse team of ENT experts, who can help in English, Spanish, and Polish.

Ashley Morales was great, and so was the tech who saw me beforehand. I had a minor ear infection that was easily diagnosed and treated. The online booking was very easy and simply uploading my insurance cards saved a lot a hassle. This was a great experience!

OMG… what a pleasant surprise this practice turned out to be. From the moment I walked in… receiving a friendly welcome, apologies for a little trouble I had on the website (which was really no big deal) - but SO NICE to hear “oh, im sorry you had a problem” (instead of ignoring my explanation). Then the next staff person took vitals etc and was VERY efficient & professional (sorry I forgot her name!). Then I met with Ashley Morales APRN to be treated for my clogged ears! She spent nearly an hour with me… taking her time, explaining, making sure my ears were perfectly cleared AND addressing something that I didn’t even know I had (deviated septum)! Everything was explained and backed up by showing me what was on the video the probes recorded ! I couldn’t be ANY MORE impressed and/or satisfied with my visit, staff, treatment & outcome! I will definitely be seeing them all again! Kudos to whomever hired such a great staff!! ??
