If you're seeking TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) services, you'll meet with our experienced psychiatrist to discuss your treatment goals and develop a personalized plan. I honestly left his office crying. This “psychiatrist” was incredibly rude and had absolutely zero bedside manner. I tell him about my trauma and explain my difficulties in finding a provider I mesh well with. None of that mattered to him. His only concern was as to why I was prescribed medication from 3 different doctors within the last 6 months. Again, I explained that to him and even had my records sent over to prove my claims. Unfortunately, he still doesn’t care and refused to listen to me in any way. I will NEVER go back here nor will I EVER refer anyone I care about to this so called “provider.”

I have struggled with depression, anxiety and PTSD for 20 years. I have seen many mental health providers and none were as cold and detached as the provider I saw today. I came to the clinic looking for relief and to learn more about TMS and I left feeling a failure because I had not cured myself yet. I wasted my copay on this visit and will now have to find a new provider.
