He graduated from Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine and completed his residency at Baylor University Medical Center in June 2011. During his graduation he received the following distinctions from fellow residents and staff physicians: Outstanding Chief Resident Award, Best Chief Resident Research Project, and Professionalism Award. He is a member of the Texas Medical Association, the Dallas County Medical Society and the American Congress of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
He lives in Dallas and enjoys spending time with his wife, Pallavi, and two children. He grew up in Uvalde, Texas and enjoys hunting and fishing.
