I LOVED the staff at this location! I have been looking for another PCP since I’ve moved to DFW area and I felt comfortable, not once judged, and welcomed. Dr. Musee is very attentive, great listener and did not make me feel pressured. I felt seen and understood - Special notice to Dr. Lafaye (hope I spelled that right) she made me feel as if I was talking to an Aunt or a relative, great listener and distractor as well! I have found my Primary care providers and I’m very grateful.

I would describe the front desk, ladies as being lazy and inconsiderate. I called multiple times prior to my appointment to ask them to double check my insurance cause it’s an hour drive for me and I didn’t wanna waste my time and get there and then not accept my insurance as they proceeded to tell me yes they accept it and already gone over everything then I get there and they tell me they don’t take mine I was pretty flabbergasted considering the fact it took her 10 minutes to tell me that, but my five phone calls that were made prior to my appointment to make sure I was approved. They were just telling me yes instead of actually checking and doing their job 0/10 wouldn’t recommend office people just plan Jane lazy
