I had a 3:35 appt, and I arrived at 3:15 pm. I was seen at 4:40pm.
There were five people in the waiting room. When others were taken before me, I asked if others also had appts. The receptionist told me that they don’t honor appts. It’s always, first come, first served despite the appt time.

Since 2008, Atlanta Urgent Care has gone above and beyond for our patients to provide affordable quality care, along with transparent costs and neighborhood accessibility to include locations and parking.
We see all adults and kids (3 months & up).
When you visit us, you can expect fast, friendly care by a team of caring physicians and staff. We have X-ray, labs, and EKG. We are open 7 days a week. We gladly accept all walk-in patients. We accept insurance and self-pay.
We are equipped to treat patients for minor injuries, and illness, with minimal wait times. Our mission is to provide quality care.
Atlanta Urgent Care at Peachtree Buckhead is located between Midtown and Buckhead, near Piedmont Hospital. We are in the Brookwood Shopping Plaza (Same as Houston’s Restaurant), and across from Benihana. We are NOW directly above Cafe Sunflower on the second floor (Suite 360) with easy access to stairs and elevators. WE ARE NOT AVITA Clinic on the ground floor.

Made an appointment for 2:30 but wasn’t seen until 3:45. Waiting room was sparse but clean and quiet. All of the staff was very friendly and professional. In my room, there was a sign with talking points about the clinic, boasting about how they only staff doctors so you’ll always see a doctor during your visit, so I was surprised when my provider ended up being a PA. I didn’t mind, she was great, but did think that was misleading. Overall a good visit, appointment times should be more honest and take into consideration wait times instead of trying to fit in as many people as possible.

The doctor who saw me was very nice.
The nurse / attendant seemed preoccupied and abrupt.
The receptionist was absolutely awful: grumpy, impolite, disgruntled, unfriendly, unprofessional and seemed to resent having to do her job.
I arrived 5 minutes early and even though I could see her sitting at her desk and she could see me . . . she sat there until 8:00, stood up, raised the window-blinds, turned on the waiting room lights, adjusted the waiting room chairs, and THEN unlocked the door...without saying "Good Morning",
she then opened the door and turned and walked back into her office area, without a word of greeting to me.
I've never seen anything like it.
Additionally, when the appointment ended and as I left the office area, she did not look up, acknowledge me or say anything as I passed by her desk.
I do not recommend this place.
I will not be going back.

Was seen about 5 minutes after arriving. Very competent Doctor and staff. The entire visit lasted 1 hour. They fully treated my problem, gave me everything I needed, and were very friendly. I did not have insurance, and even so, the total bill seemed extremely fair. 10/10!

Went on a Saturday and it was busy, understandably given the current quademic. Despite having a 12:30 pm appointment, I had to wait a bit. The person checking people in was nice. The office was pretty basic, could use a little TLC. When I went into an actual room I had to wait longer given other more critical patients. The doctor I saw however, made up for the wait time. He had a good bedside manner, was thorough in his evaluation, and made a reasonable recommendation for treatment. They’ll give you a paper script to take to any pharmacy of your choice.
I think I happened to go during an unusually busy time and that may explain some of the chaos of being seen long after my appt time. But the level of care from the doctors makes up for it.
