Dr. Woolrich was very knowledgable, caring, and kind. She was understanding and reassuring about an issue that was making me very anxious and I appreciated that she took so much time to explain everything. There was no wait in the office, she was very thorough, and she had great bedside manner. I would definitely see her again and would recommend her to anyone.

She made me feel comfortable right way, was very knowledgeable and very personable. Dr. Audrey Woolrich is extremely nice and really cares for her patients health. However, I've had an ongoing issue for 4 months and was not getting any better. I felt as if she didn't understand the level of pain and discomfort I was going through and wasn't changing the method or path to healing. She is very caring and proactive it just didn't work out in my case. I had to find someone else.

Dr. Woolrich is amazing! I went in for an initial gastroenterology consultation and was seen right away. There was no wait, I was brought into the doctor's personal office and discussed everything directly with Dr. Woolrich. She is very smart, efficient and really cares about your overall well-being. She asked a lot of questions, really listened to what I had to say and wrote down all the notes and sent them to me right after the appointment. She is the first doctor I've seen in New York that is this proactive about getting answers and results. During my consultation she even called multiple doctors I had been seeing over the past year and a half to get test results sent to her immediately. She is amazing and I highly recommend Dr. Woolrich!

This was my first appointment with Dr. Woolrich and everything went smoothly. She seems very thorough and knowledgeable, heard me with attention and patiently, asked many questions regarding my medical history, concerns and current conditions and performed some tests on the same appointment. I still need to go for a 2nd appointment to discuss the results of my tests, but at the moment I am happy I found her and had had a good medical experience.

My experience was wonderful. I came to see Dr. Woolrich as a second opinion. I hadn't had good results from my first diagnosis and was hoping she could help. She spent a significant amount of time really getting to know me and my issue. She absolutely listened and made sure to explain every single thing to me. She also called my previous doctor right away to ask about his previous assessment. Dr. Woolrich seemed to really care about me and helping me. I would recommend her to anyone.

She was very thorough and spent over an hour with me asking me questions about my symptoms and medical history. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me.
