About Dr. Avani Ingley
She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia Honors Program with a degree in microbiology. She completed her medical studies and residency in Otolaryngology at Emory University in Atlanta. While in residency, Dr. Ingley published multiple research articles and presented at the National and International Conferences. Additionally, she was inducted into Alpha Omega Alpha, one of the nation’s most prestigious medical honor societies.
Dr. Ingley has experience in all routine ENT procedures with a special interest in pediatric otolaryngology and nasal/sinus surgery. She is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and is also a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Ingley is also an active member of the Georgia Society of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery and the Metro Atlanta Education Society.
In her free time, Dr. Ingley enjoys cooking, traveling, reading, and spending time with her family. Dr. Ingley and her husband have a daughter, a son, and two energetic dogs.

The office staff and intake went well. However, I felt rushed and unheard once Dr. Ingley entered the room. She spent what felt like 3-5 minutes in the room and suggested a referral to PT. I wish the appointment was more comprehensive.

The office was nice and clean and I was able to be seen next day even as a new patient. I have pretty bad anxiety when seeing doctors but Doctor Ingley was so kind and calm even when I started getting overwhelmed. She walked me through next steps and discussed potential treatment plans and she made me feel validated about my symptoms that others have overlooked. I am glad I chose Dr Ingley and would recommend this office to anyone considering seeing an ENT.

She did a great job at coming in with a great attitude and accurately identifying what was wrong with me. She did a good job of going above and beyond to clean my ears which were really clogged. 9/10 visit the only thing was before I had to fight to be seen because the front desk tried to keep rescheduling me because they wanted me to have an audio test first despite me saying I was in extricating pain.

Very friendly staff as soon as I walked in! Dr. Ingley was kind, listened to what I had to say about my condition and symptoms, did a quick scope, and sent me on my way with a prescription, what to do, and a follow-up appt booked. Excited to come back in a few weeks with progress!

Staff unfriendly maybe the MA/PCT/LPN not sure her role needs customer service training she made comments about why I the client pt had a visit distasteful since I’m a paying customer during intake she asked if I smoke or drink I answered honestly she made faces as if untrue when I am a RN I work in a no nicotine company we are tested I haven’t had nicotine since me late teens and from my own trauma from childhood I will not touch alcohol. It’s distasteful and unprofessional all the face making and unnecessary comments. And she asked what my problem was I said it was the banter that could be heard discussed about the reason for my visit if you guys don’t need buisness just say there’s other offices that do and treat customers better. You never know who is walking three those door plain clothed.
