Additionally, she earned her master’s degree in bioethics and medical ethics from Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Chubak practices at Mount Sinai and is an experienced urologist. She is also fellowship trained in voiding and sexual dysfunction at Cleveland Clinic in Florida - Weston Campus. Dr. Chubak understands the needs of her patients and treats every person with the compassion, respect, and attention they deserve. Dr. Chubak was thorough and she was understanding. She patiently outlined the treatment options available to me and I really felt she was working with me to arrive at a course of therapy. She practices active listening to try and uncover what is really at issue. She works well with primary care physicians, splitting up patient care duties.

Very thorough great bedside manners Apologize for being excessively late she covered all my concerns that I came in for . I highly recommend her I'm not sure if this that she was late is that she's always late or it was a one-time occurrence , this was my first appointment with this doctor.

Dr Chubak is a fantastic doctor. This was my first time seeing a urologist so I had a ton of questions, and she took the time to answer all of them carefully and completely. A urology visit could potentially be a rather embarrassing experience, but Dr Chubak's manner was so professional and matter of fact that it put me completely at ease. Highly recommend.
Dr. Chubak is how I want every doctor I ever see again to be. She was so kind and patient. She listened to the entire back story I gave her and took detailed notes, she didn’t make me feel like I needed to rush through my story. She made me feel heard. She then explained everything she was going to do before she did it. You can tell, very quickly, that she respects her patients, trusts them to know their own body, wants to empower them with knowledge and she takes the time to do that with every patient. If I could see Dr. Chubak for all my medical needs I would.

Always a pleasure to see Dr. Chubak - she's an excellent doctor and gives you her undivided attention and care when in an appointment. Her office staff and admin could use improvement though - it's really hard to get in touch with the office, make an appointment, and speak to or get in touch with the Dr. Chubak via the messaging platform outside of being in an appointment with her. It takes several days to get a message back and sometimes with medical issues, you need a more timely response.
Dr. chubak is an excellent physician. She really takes her time to hear your concerns and gives you multiple treatment options to fit your lifestyle. She is warm, smart, time efficient. Everything you could want from a doctor. She makes you feel very comfortable when talking about private things. I highly Recommend her.

Dr. Chubak is an absolute treasure, one of those doctors you hope to find for every aspect of your health. She's an expert in her field, keeping up to date with research and studies. Dr. Chubak is also incredibly easy to talk to. I never feel rushed in her presence for she takes the time to listen to every question and concern and walks you through potential diagnostics and treatments warmly and professionally. She even summarizes the entire conversation at the end of the appointment so you can be confident both of you are on the same page. I did bring up the fact that my test results came back through the online portal in several chunks (mentioned in my last review) but she let me know what to expect this time with my results and that she would get back to me with commentary within a certain time frame. For those of you getting your urine tested, be patient and wait for commentary from the doctor on your test results before you jump the gun. Or if the symptoms or your condition worsens, definitely send her a message through the portal and/or call the office. I was a bit too eager last time around as it was my first appointment and I didn't know what to expect with the messaging system. Dr. Chubak is my 4th urologist in 5 years (3 voluntary and 1 through the ER) and I hope to stick with her for a very long time because I can just tell she's an absolute gem. Highly recommended.

Dr. Chubak is attentive and sincere. She didn't rush me through the appointment, but instead took extra time with me to listen to my history, run thorough tests, and explain all of the next possible steps. I would highly recommend her to anyone, but especially women who have a long-term urology condition and are looking for a doctor who really treats patients with care and respect.
