Beatrice Tekeh, DNP, PMHNP-BC, FNP-BC, is a highly skilled nurse practitioner with advanced training in all aspects of internal medicine. With more than two decades of experience, Beatrice understands the importance of building trusting bonds with the people in her care, including her role at E&B Behavioral and Medical Clinic LLC in Silver Spring, Maryland.
Education has always been a guiding force for Beatrice. She began her studies in Cameroon, earning a Bachelor of Science in education. She went on to complete a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Florida International University in Miami, Florida, before earning a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix in Plantation, Florida. Beatrice went back to Florida International University and earned a Post-Master’s in Family Nurse Practitioner.
Beatrice continued expanding her skills and knowledge, eventually completing a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Chamberlain College of Nursing in Downers Grove, Illinois. She continues to seek out other opportunities to learn new skills and refine her approach to patient care through continuing education at Liberty University, where she completed certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
Over the years, Beatrice has held numerous nursing positions. Her breadth of experience includes cardigan health, rehabilitation, geriatric care, home health, and hospice care.
Patients enjoy working with Beatrice and find her to be an excellent partner in their overall health and wellness journey. Her dedication to patient education is also highly appreciated.

Where do I start! Since I have been seeing Miss Beatrice, she has been an amazing provider! Not only is she an amazing listener, she has helped me gain my life back! I went from not knowing what was going on with me, to her diagnosing me properly, she is personable and loving, she has helped me In so many ways I cannot explain! Please go and see her, she will listen to understand and give you what you need! She is honest and very attentive! God sent her to me and I am grateful to be one of her patients! You won’t regret it! God bless you Miss Beatrice for you have done for me!

Highly recommended. I always leave sessions feeling lighter, more focused, and with tools I can actually use in my daily life. Dr. B creates a safe and supportive space while offering thoughtful, practical guidance. An outstanding therapist.
