Would HIGHLY recommend! I had a great experience with Dr. Jakob from the moment I booked my appointment. He is caring and very personable. Dr. Jakob was in contact almost immediately after I scheduled my appointment online about my insurance and the cost of care. He sent his office's paperwork in advance so we could start right on time, and he greeted me himself when I arrived at the office. He did a thorough consultation and went above and beyond in providing care for my back sprain. He is someone who will really work with you to make sure you get the treatment that you need. As someone who is new to the Baltimore area, I wasn't sure where to start my search - I am so glad I found his office and will certainly be recommending him to friends and family. Five stars!

Therefore, the only means of improving outcomes and helping as many people as possible is for the doctor to amass many distinct treatment options and then methodically and systematically utilize them until a winning combination is found. Through accurate diagnosis, as well as abundant experience regarding which treatments work best for any given condition, Dr. Jakob matches up the patient with the treatments that would likely work best. The treatment is fine tuned on each subsequent visit based on the subjective response of the patient. It is with this simple, yet truly remarkable approach that we coined our practice name to be Distinct Pain Solutions, as this entirely and clearly depicts who we are and what we provide.

Dr. Jakob is the first chiropractor I have seen. Being a health care professional myself, I thought I had already diagnosed my problem but with a thorough medical history and physical exam he had a different opinion. He provided me with options including additional testing and treatments. I was impressed with his accuracy in the diagnosis, estimated course of treatment and results. I am excited to say I am close to completing my treatment with Dr. Jakob and feel confident with returning with other problems in the future.

I have had back issues for 20 years and just assumed it was something I would always live with. I fell, however, and my back pain was intolerable. I decided that I had tried medication and physical therapy, giving me very little relief, and decided to follow my sister's advice and try a chiropractor. I found Ben Jakob on Doczoc and got an appointment the next morning. He thoroughly explained what he believed had happened in the fall and I began treatment. I had immediate relief. Even my previous life long pain has improved. Thanks to Ben Jakob I now have pain free movement.

After herniating a disc in my back I went to see dr Jakob. At my first appointment i could barely walk and was in excruciating pain. After 2 months of therapy I am back to 100%. I am a carpenter so my job requires a lot of heavy lifting and I can without a doubt say that my back is not an issue at work. I would definitely recommend Ben Jakob. He is knowledgeable professional and gets results.

The office always runs on time and Dr. Jakob personally takes care of every patient. He is very methodical in his approach and is very easy to talk to. The results were fantastic and i will return if I have any problems.

I've been seeing Dr. Jakob for about 2 weeks now for a carpal tunnel syndrome and a bad back. I feel way better than when I started. He is just about done with some major renovations and the office is beautiful. He is very responsive to phone messages and emails.

I found Dr. Jakob through Angies List. His reviews were almost hard to believe they were so positive, but now I know they were spot on. I've been to over 10 doctors for my pinched nerve and none were able to get ride of the pain. Dr. Jakob diagnosed it and treated it and now I am 90%+ better.
