Dr. Singh is a caring and diligent primary care physician based in Ellicott City, MD. He earned his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from Government Medical College Patiala and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Cleveland Clinic Health System. He is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Dr. Singh is a former Medical Director of inpatient medicine at Carroll Hospital Center in Westminster, MD. Prior to joining Carroll Hospital Center, he worked as an Internal Medicine physician at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore.

I booked an appointment through Zocdoc (linked through the provider's webpage) in July for an appointment in October. I received several confirmation emails from Zocdoc leading up to my appointment. I showed up for my appointment and they said they weren't taking Zocdoc appointments and that they weren't taking any new patients until February. They even had my name down for the appointment and they claimed to try to contact me (or Zocdoc). I received no cancellation notice.
This was incredibly frustrating. I scheduled 3 months in advance. I took time off of work to show up. This was a complete disrespect of my time. They did nothing about it other than say "sorry."

They told me I didn't have an appointment because they don't get information through zocdoc, and that they weren't taking new patients. Their websites "book online" feature Links to zocdoc and they openly advertise that they are open for new patients on their site.

The office visit was scheduled at 1 PM but we werent seen by the doctor before 2:10 PM. We filled up all the paperwork and waited at the reception to be seen by the doctor. I have no complaints about the doctor visit itself. I will not recommend this practice to anyone despite Dr.Singh being very good/attentive during our visit. Its the staff that are not helpful and make your visit unpleasant. There is absolutely no followup from the staff despite them promising that they will call. I had to call them after 5 days from my visit to check on the blood works results, for any additional tests. Till now, I haven't received a single call from the doctor's office letting me know what if any additional tests/vaccines we need to complete the paperwork. At the time of appointment, they lied that they will call us immediately after they receive the blood work to let us know the details. Its almost 2 days since they have received the results. Each time I have called, I have repeatedly asked their staff when I can expect call from the office and they simply state "later today/afternoon". When I remind them that they were supposed to call, they donot apologize.

Mr. sing was very good listener. He guided me correctly on health issues or possibilities. He walked through the blood test results with impactful areas. His approach was nice to identify problems, and then suggest solution. His staff is very efficient. Does not have a lot to wait.

Dr. Singh is absolutely incredible. Coming from a Dr. who wouldn't even call you back to tell you your test results, Dr. Singh goes through every result that causes concern and explains what is going on! I even left the Dr. office with homework. That was a first for me.
The office staff are friendly and helpful and there is a lab onsite, how convenient. So hyappy I found Dr. Singh as my new primary care.:)
Note: Call the office to make an appt instead of going through ZocDoc. The systems are not synced together and this could cause conflict.

As always, I had an amazing experience at Dr. Singh’s office. I was treated promptly and he is still to date the most thorough provider I’ve ever seen. I love that they had a lab on site and their phlebotomist is amazing too! Everyone made me feel extremely comfortable!

Doctor is really nice and explain you everything but staff is weird. They supposed to send my prescription to cvs immediately after I left doctors office. Today it’s Saturday they did not send prescription. They gave me blood work order which was wrong. Labcorp did not accept that order because someone else name was written on that form, lady strikes out that name and writes my name.
Even after 2 follow ups if they are not doing their job then I am not going there.

I had a great first visit with the doctor, no negative comments there. However, I was a bit upset and felt disrespected to see that two others patients who arrived at least 15-20 min after my arrival were signed in for the same doctor and seen before I was called in to have my vitals recorded by the nurse.These patients also had appointment times scheduled after the time o my appointment. Once arrived in the room and my vitals recorded, I waited about 45 min before the doctor finally made it to me. It was quite frustrating.
That being said, he was very professional and listened to my concerns. He made sure to understand and consider everything that could be contributing to my presenting issue before attempting to diagnose. Quite often, doctors only focus on physical symptoms and unfortunately there is more to human health.
