I did not meet with whom I booked the appointment with and the who I did meet with was awful. She was unprofessional and rude. She did not listen to what I said and was extremely unprofessional with quite a few of her responses. As we came to the end of the appointment, she asked me to hurry up because she had another client to see.

Ample free parking. Clean, very kind staff I found very relatable and personable while maintaining professionalism. Payment process was easy, as they do have tap to pay. The office followed up after my visits to ask if I had questions or concerns about my medications.

I was not very impressed with the provider's knowledge. It could be due to her poor communication skills and may not have anything to do with her knowledge. I could not figure out exactly what her recommendations were and whatever I understood, I did not feel any conviction in her recommendations. After the visit, before leaving the office, I had to see her again to get a better explanation. I would be hesitant in recommending this provider to my friends.

I waited more than 24 hours to write this review to give the provider time to contact me. She didn’t.
Side note-none of the pre-registration forms that I filled out online was received by the office and I had to do it all over again upon my arrival.
(That’s fine-things happen)
Front desk was extremely pleasant.
Over 20 years in Healthcare, and working in the fields of Chronic and Infectious Diseases, I requested that all providers treating me to be Masked.
The triage nurse/tech made a very sarcastic remark to another staff member and laughed sarcastically.
Upon meeting me, she never introduced herself and proceeded to ask me qualifying questions, which she abruptly interrupted and ignored me while I was speaking to the point that I asked her if there was a problem.
Extremely rude, arrogant, and disrespectful, she continued to interrupt me and walked out while I was still talking about what brought me to the practice.
THE QUALITY OF TREATMENT BEGINS WITH STAFF, SO I LEFT.
