Very nice and fast, but not pushing-me-out-of-the-door fast. I came in there to possibly get another nose cauterization but he wants to look into some blood labs. My previous doctor did not do this and I am happy to see if this is a core issue before I get the procedure done again.

The staff is very courteous. Dr. Cilento was very warm and very detailed during my consult. He addressed all my concerns. He performed a septoplasty and reconstruction after my previous surgeon did a horrible job. Procedure, recovery and follow-ups have all been great. I'm very satisfied with the quality of care he gives. He goes over and above to ensure all your concerns are met.

Benjamin W Cilento, MD, is a Fellowship-trained Facial Plastic Surgeon and a member of the elite American Academy Of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He is also Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, one of the oldest medical specialties in the United States. Otolaryngologists are physicians uniquely trained in the surgical and medical treatment of patients with disorders and diseases of the head and neck. Dr. Cilento’s education began at Trinity College in Hartford Connecticut, where he majored in Biology.Dr. Ben Cilento graduated at the top of his class and was inducted into the prestigious national honor society, Phi Beta Kappa. Unlike his classmates, he delayed attending medical school immediately after college. Instead, he joined the US Marine Corps where he served as a Signals Intelligence and Reconnaissance Officer during the first Gulf War. After five years as a Marine, he decided to go back and finish his medical education and transferred to the US Naval Medical program.

I had very high hopes after reading all these positive reviews. My appointment was at 10 and I was at the office by 9:45. By the time, I saw Dr. Cliento it was already 10:50. Wait time was horrible during both of my appointments. I was very disappointed as I had to wait for so long and somehow I felt he did not diagnose anything because he was not sure what was going on. My issue was resolved by itself.
I think he may be a very good plastic surgeon but for sure not a good ENT specialist.
