Dr Benjamin Lee is an outstanding doctor who truly cares about his patients. I had a troublesome SVT problem with a lot of discomfort and he worked with me diligently and in a caring manner to come up with a solution. In addition, while I was suffering from the symptoms, he called me twice a day to find out how things were going and how he could help me to improve the situation. I’m very grateful to him for all his help and highly recommend him to other patients

I think there is a tendency to talk over each other but if I have a question, I persist, when he's confused, he looks annoyed but he never didn't answer. When he says you can go, you feel liberated.

I was greeted by a professional and friendly staff as soon as I exited the elevator. I was a first time patient, and they called me back before I could finish my paperwork.
Dr. Lee was professional, on time, and very informative. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking cardiac care.

Dr. Lee was very professional and thorough. I arrived early for my appointment and, as it happens an earlier patient was late, so he saw me immediately. He took very thorough notes and made sure I understood all the information he gave me regarding tests and future visits. The visit did not feel rushed.

I am sure happy that I went in this location. No long wait! My appointment was at 8am but since I was a new patient,I went there 15 minutes early. I never had to fill-up any forms since I did everything ahead thru ZocDoc. So those 15 minutes were used for checking vitals. So at exactly 8 am, Dr.Lee was already doing his part. He was pleasant to talk with. He said I look young and healthy.I was comfortable in sharing with him my symptoms

I first booked Dr. Lee through ZocDoc due to upper abdominal pain and chest heaviness. He saw me right away, no questions, asked and when I had several scary breathing issues following our initial meeting that landed me in Urgent Care, he had me come in straight away - pushing up previously scheduled stress and echo tests to ensure my heart was in good health. Understanding of my situation (navigating a number of doctor's for a diagnosis), he offered me options in receiving my results and was timely in delivering these. Accommodating, assuring, and empathetic are all words I would use to describe Dr. Lee. In this increasingly non-human world, he is a doctor that sees a patient as a person first. Highly recommended.
