I arrived 50 minutes before appt. However, we couldn't find any parking (all parking was Pay-to Park) but the first (3) were full. We drove in circles til we found a lot that allowed me to use a private vehicle parking spot which was $24 per hour... AND it was (11) blocks away. I have a problem walking with my right leg since the stroke and it was raining. Once at the address, it took another 15 minutes to locate the correct office (everything was so crazy) I made a call regarding office location and finally found it. I can't believe they wouldn't see me stating I was late (8) minutes after checking in and all. That trip costed me nearly $50 just to park. I had to catch an uber back to my car I was so worn out and it was poring rain. Someone came from the back and nobody ever got back to me in the 20minutes I waited in waiting room. It was a horrible experience and maybe because I was black????

Stephanie Conn is simply outstanding as a Physicians Assistant (Certified). Stephanie spends time as if you’re her only patient and is an exceptional listener. Her attention to detail is unparalleled, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. She’s exceptionally organized and proactive, and most doctors think in a linear fashion and as a result don’t take the most critical path to resolve the issue. However, Ms. Conn anticipates the needs of the patient, and has their best interest at heart. Highly recommend.
