About Bess Berger

With nearly 20 years of experience, I believe that being a great dietitian means more than just telling people what to eat. Rather, it is about becoming their guide to better nutrition and overall wellness. I believe nutrition should be tailored to the individual and fit into their life. I earned my education at Queens College, City University of New York, and completed an Internship in Dietetics, which laid the foundation for my practice. Serving the NJ/NY Metro area, as well as the entire US through telehealth and video, I work primarily with women suffering from PCOS and struggling with menopause. I also have extensive experience with pre- and postnatal nutrition, endometriosis, fertility issues, hormone balancing, and migraines.
