Polite and professional - probably not her fault but the wait was long that afternoon.

She solved my problem
She was fine to talk to but again did not seem to care or listen to my concerns. I showed her the results of my HIDA scan showing significant dysfunction of the gallbladder and still no one has called me about the gallbladder issue. She just scheduled the endoscopy and moved on. Never heard from her again.
