About Stephanie Rose

She has extensive experience collaborating with multidisciplinary care teams and leveraging telehealth to improve access to care, outcomes, and continuity for patients.
Stephanie takes a holistic approach to GI care, recognizing the important role that nutrition, lifestyle, stress management, and the gut–brain connection play in digestive health. She works closely with patients to make realistic nutrition choices, address stress, and adopt sustainable lifestyle changes alongside medical treatment to reduce symptoms, support long-term disease control, and improve overall quality of life.

I loved the referral to behavioral health with the focus on gut brain axis. This is why I sought out Oshi! The GI appointment didn't really push the needle for me BUT I am in the midst of a workup with allergy/immunology so i totally understand why.
