My experience receiving care from Shauna has been excellent so far! After several days of trying to find availability with a provider in my local area, I was relieved to discover I could schedule an appointment with her in a matter of days, not months. During my appointment I found Shauna to be an excellent communicator. She listened carefully, asked clear follow-up questions, and explained information in a way that was detailed, transparent, and easy to understand. The appointment also began promptly and included plenty of time to discuss everything that was on my mind. I never felt rushed like I do with many in-person medical office visits. Her overall demeanor is a perfect balance of confidence and empathy, so I left my appointment feeling positive about my personal outlook. I would highly recommend her to anyone, but especially someone who has previous experience feeling anxious, uncomfortable, or frustrated with other healthcare providers. 10/10!
