Bindu Mason believes in a collaborative approach to mental health care. She treats each client as a partner, working together towards a common goal. For Bindu, communication with her clients and their families is not just important; it's essential to providing the best care. She provides compassionate and cutting-edge treatment guided by the mental health recovery model of care. She encourages patients to find hope in the challenges and applies holistic care to help promote the recovery model of care and hope through honest and open communication with clients.
During your first session with Bindu, she'll briefly introduce herself and discuss your challenges. This helps her create a tailored plan for the follow-up. Bindu provides health/behavioral health assessments (including differential diagnoses and prognosis), treatment recommendations, and treatment planning for clients across program types. She also provides medication management for clients on medication and reassessment as needed for those assessed but not on medication. Medication provision includes long-acting injectables. She Provides counseling, brief therapy, psychoeducation about health/behavioral health, and other care to support clients' treatment plans.
