The front desk check-in was not great, 2 of the front desk staff were talking very loud that I had to keep asking the staff checking me in to repeat. The doctor was 30 minutes late to my appointment and suggested I go see a different doctor that doesn’t practice in the issue I had. Not a great experience from the start and not apologizing for being late was an off-putting experience for being a new patient.

I was frustrated because I felt like the provider did not listen to anything I had to say. I came in to address acne that I have had for years and when I told her what I have tried and used, she prescribed that exact thing. She claimed she is an advocate for the product and people just don’t use it the right way. The entire visit with her took 2 minutes and she talked the entire time. It did not feel like she listened to a word I said. She also took time to self promote products she has created. I also spent over an hour at the office to only see the provider for 2 minutes, I was left waiting for most of the appointment and left feeling so frustrated. I have never felt more unheard during a doctors appointment. She also talked mostly to the medical assistant and just explained what she wanted to prescribe, she did not once examine my skin inside the room.
