About Dr. Boris Bentsianov
Dr. Bentsianov earned his Doctor of Medicine from the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center. He completed internships in General Surgery at both SUNY Downstate Medical Center and Long Island College Hospital. He then pursued a residency and chief residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at SUNY Downstate. Following this, he completed a fellowship in Laryngology and Neurolaryngology at Columbia University/St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital-New York Center for Voice and Swallowing Disorders. After becoming a diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, he rejoined the SUNY Downstate faculty in June 2003 as an assistant professor in the Department of Otolaryngology and Director of the Division of Laryngology, Voice, and Swallowing Disorders. Dr. Bentsianov's clinical interests focus on the evaluation and treatment of laryngeal disorders using various endoscopic, stroboscopic, and electromyographic techniques, as well as laryngeal framework surgery.

Dr himself was great; we discussed my concerns and he gave some recommendations for additional tests
Front-desk was quite good, but when spoke to another person regarding my billing issues, she was rude and unprofessional and didn't want even to listen for my questions and was not intend to explain or find the way to resolve my concerns
Billing is worst thing in this office... make sure you have all your receipts in case if they will be sending you the same bills several times!
