Dr. Wasserman was very professional and attentive. Very thorough and always reiterating himself to make sure he's clear.
nice doctor, was able to diagnose my problem yet still cover the bases to be sure... was helpful with home remedies
He is a great doctor. Engaging and entertaining too. Def knows what he is doing and glad I found him on ZocDoc.
It was sad - because I had to say good bye to Dr. Wasserman. He is such a good doctor and fine person.
Dr. Wasserman was great! He explained everything in as much detail as I wanted.
Very informative. Great bedside manners. Highly recommended !
awful reception. Doctor is rushing very hard, won't listen.
Great communication, answered all of my questions.

Dr. Wasserman is so attentive to your needs. He doesn't rush, very professional and knowledgeable and takes time to understand your problem until he actually detect where the pain is coming from. His assistant is so sweet and accommodating. You feel you are very important to them... I highly recommend this doctor. In fact, I will accompany my son to see him, too, next week.

I was very happy with him.
Great Doctor!!!!
Verified patient
I came on time and had to wait nearly 45 minutes to be seen by the doctor. During the 10 min appointment, Dr Wasserman asked me three times if I was taking any medicine for the pain. Each time I answered no. Overall the doctor seemed very distracted and did not come across as being knowledgeable. At the end, he asked his receptionist to tell me how to alleviate my swelling. She told me to elevate my foot and put ice on it. She was helpful. I was surprised that the doctor outsourced his work to the receptionist.
Excellent, friendly and thorough.
I've seen three orthopedists in the past year and Dr. Wasserman is hands down the best. Great personality and knowledgeable. I'd be hard pressed to name another doctor I've had that put me more at ease and comfortable.
Verified patient
I was very impressed and pleased by my visit with Dr. Wasserman. He listened carefully and responded to all my questions. He instilled my confidence about his knowledge and diagnosis.

I was disappointed that my 9a appointment, which I booked through ZocDoc and subsequently confirmed by ZocDoc five times via email and text messages, was scheduled for 9:30a according to the office's books. After showing up at 8:55a, I was seen at 9:45a. This is the second time I've waited 45+ minutes to be seen.
Dr. Wasserman really took his time talking to me about the injury, and never made me feel like he was in a rush. That is something that really sticks out to me. He was great. I would recommend him highly to anyone.

Very good doctor!!
i have to say for a doctor in NYC, you do not wait at all! they take you within minutes of your scheduled appt. WHAT A NICE GUY! and he truly cares about his patients, he will do what it takes to help you get better. He was so nice and kind and really knows his stuff. very funny too! i highly recommend him. & the staff there are all so friendly and kind.

Dr. Wasserman was very helpful and attentive to my pain and needs. Seems to be very thorough in examination and explaining reasoning for certain pains. Would definitely recommend him to any others. Looking forward to my next appointment.
Verified patient
Dr. Wasserman was friendly and relaxed, and also very thorough. He went over my X-rays with me and prescribed physical therapy for my knee pain. He also accepted that I'd rather not take any medication at this stage, without pushing it. I'm happy to continue with him as my orthopedist.
Verified patient
Very knowledgeable. Took his time (even though I was late!) and explained everything in terms I could understand. Some doctors get annoyed if you start asking too many questions, but he actually encouraged it. He really seems to value the dialogue and the partnership. And a lot of orthopedic surgeons are quick to recommend surgery (when you are a hammer, the whole world is a nail), but in his case, he respected my feeling that I want to hold off initially. And if we do have the surgery, I'm in good hands; he is one of the top surgeons in his field. If you like seeing a physician that makes you feel like you are working on the problem together, go see Dr Wasserman! He's a top-flight physician, and also a really kind person.

Knowledgeable, sympathetic, and very funny. He is a bit intense, but I felt that he really wanted to help me His staff is friendly and efficient.
He's just as awesome as the previous reviews mentioned. He seemed genuinely interested in me and my issue. I am thoroughly satisfied - or rather - my expectations were quite surpassed by both ZocDoc and Dr. Wasserman. He's a million times better than the doctor I visited on Friday - without the help of Zoc Doc... never again will I go see a new doctor without checking here first!
Verified patient
He's very intense about how well your doing and your level of comfort vs pain. Excellent Doctor with a very nice and Capable staff and a very nice office. Was very comfortable and he helped me tremendously on my first visit. Great Zoc Doc experience.

The very best visit to a Dr.'s office ever and I have been more than my share. Dr. Wasserman gets to heart of the matter right away, tells you your options and gets right to the solution. Great staff too. As long as my arm doesn't fall off in the next week, I stick with a descriptor of superlative service.

never met a ruder doc! stay far away!
I would be remiss in not taking the time to thank Dr. Bradley Wasserman personally in his successful performance of my Knee Surgery. I tore my ACL and Medial Meniscus working and playing Hockey. I have never been through a surgery like this before and was nervous and anxious to say the least. From the moment I met Dr. Wasserman, my nerves seem to calm down immediately. He made me feel confident and excited to get this started and being the process of healing and Physical Therapy. The Surgery was seamless and was over before I knew it. The PT team were also very professional and made sure I was doing what I needed to do to be able to get better at the rate I did. What I loved the most was Dr. Wasserman's care and concern for not just my upcoming Surgery, but also for who I was, where I come from and just genuinely getting to know me. I knew immediately that I was in good hands. Dr. Wasserman's schedule and planning for Physical Therapy was right on point, and I feel great only eight months later! Dr. Wasserman was at my side the entire time, always calling me and checking in, even when I forgot I had an appointments. He always felt like a friend, not just a Doctor from day one. Now I can say that we are friends indeed. Dr. Wasserman is a professional at what he does, and very seriously cares for his patients. If you're going into Surgery with Dr. Bradley Wasserman, then have no worries. Knowing this fine Doctor and Gentleman the way I do now, I know that I never had to worry at all! Thank you Dr. Bradley Wasserman! You are a true professional and someone who really cares and in the end, that's what people need to see the most before they go into Surgery.
Dr. Wasserman is a professional, polite and friendly doctor. He treats his patients with the utmost respect. My most recent visit was a 6 month post surgery (Rt. Torn labrium) follow up, and thanks to Dr. Wasserman I am back to 100%, full activity with no restraints. I would highly recommend Dr. Wasserman to my family and friends.
Dr. Wasserman was extremely professional. I had a knee injury and a hip injury. Under both treatments not only did Dr. Wasserman spend the time to explain my injury/treatment/diagnosis he mad me feel so comfortable that I was being cared for by the right doctor. Dr. Wasserman is the most nurturing doctor I have ever had.
Dr. Wasserman was extremely pleasant throughout my visit. He showed that he cared about my knee pain. He took the time to identify where my knee pain was coming from, and divised a successful treatment plan. I felt confident in this doctor's advise. He has a great personality. I highly recommend Dr. Wasserman!
Dr. Wasserman was absolutely awesome. He was right on time, he took careful time and attention to discuss everything going on with my ankle, to ask me about all of my athletics and lifestyle to best diagnose the issue. He was friendly, great humored, and I have the utmost certainty that his diagnosis and treatment plan will be an excellent solution for me. He even went through several pain med options at great detail to make sure there was no chance of interaction with other meds I take on even an as-needed basis. I trust my joints and protection against all the damage I put on them running and working out to Dr. Wasserman's watchful eyes!

After seeing many orthopedists, I saw Dr. Wasserman for shoulder pain. I was immediately impressed with his pleasant personality, which put me at ease. I found him to be thorough, knowledgable and very detailed. He really showed me he cared. Overall he is a one of a kind doctor and would highly recommend him. Great bedside manner too.
My last visit to Dr. Wasserman's office was great. In November 2013, he repaired my femoral neck and ipsilateral shaft fractures from a motorcycle accident. I've had several post op visits and Dr. Wasserman really makes me feel like we are a team. My injuries are very serious but I never felt alone or confused. Dr. Wasserman explained exactly how my injuries were repaired, all factors involved in a good recovery, and how to achieve my best possible results. He is very competent, warm, and courteous. I also feel that he is attentive to my individual needs as a patient. I would highly recommend Dr. Wasserman to anyone looking for the highest quality of care and an excellent orthopedist.
My visit to Dr. Wasserman was great. He really focuses on getting you fixed up and back to 100%. Office staff very friendly too.
