For the first two decades of my career, I practiced primary care in suburban New York. Over time, my focus increasingly gravitated toward the role lifestyle plays in health, particularly nutrition. I earned my Doctor of Medicine from George Washington University and completed my residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. Additionally, I hold a Master's in Nutrition Education from American University. My current career focus is Lifestyle and Culinary Medicine, assisting patients in optimizing wellness through healthy diet, physical activity, sleep, and stress management. I also specialize in the safe, evidence-based treatment of obesity. In addition to one-on-one clinical appointments both in Armonk, NY, and via telehealth, I will be offering various educational courses, including culinary medicine classes, in the latter half of 2025.
