Poor communication. Followed up with the information she asked for, she required me to reschedule because she was locked out of my test results. I had to pay for a 3 minute appointment, just for Ms. Moore to tell me to reschedule. This is not my fault, however, still requiring me to pay. Seems like they want to get as much money from my insurance as possible.
